David Mcilwain is an experienced litigator with over a decade of experience in the courtroom as a Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Hamilton and Clermont County. Since graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2011, David has successfully represented clients in a variety of legal matters, including family law, OVI defense, estate planning, insurance, and real estate.
